How do I book my washes?

Log in to your member area and pick a day and time from the live calendar, up to 90 days ahead. Your visit is booked straight away, and drop the car in on your way to work and collect it clean.

Can I get an extra hoover when I am in?

Yes. Add extra washes or hoovers in your member area and pay securely online, or just add one at any visit for £6.99 by card on site.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fee. Cancel yourself in a minute on our Manage Plan page, and your membership ends 30 days after the date you cancel. You can keep booking and using your washes right up to the end of that period.

Is the plan per vehicle?

Solo covers two cars with four washes and one hoover a month. Duo covers up to three cars with five washes and two hoovers shared between them. Family covers four or more vehicles in your household with eight washes and four hoovers a month. On multi-car plans you choose which car gets done each visit.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Use Switch plan in your member area to move up or down a tier whenever you like — pay securely online and your new plan starts with a fresh allowance. No fees, no notice period.

Can I update my vehicle or contact details?

Yes. In your member area under My plan you can change your registration, phone number and ceramic coating setting yourself in seconds.

Can I add a full valet now and again?

Absolutely. Members get reduced rates on full valets, paint correction and ceramic top-ups. Ring the shop on 02825684326 or mention it when you are in.
