- • A young, thriving team. Work alongside experienced technicians who take real pride in every repair that leaves the workshop.
- • Work hard, enjoy it too. Regular staff outings and team events throughout the year.
- • Fridays finish early. Down tools at 1pm and enjoy a longer weekend, every week.

Apprenticeships.
The future of our trade.
Apprentices are central to how we grow our workforce and secure the future of our trade. A number of our most skilled technicians began as apprentices in this workshop, developing their skills on real vehicles before progressing into senior roles. We offer apprenticeship pathways for every technical role within the company. We invest proper time and structured guidance in every apprentice, supporting them through recognised qualifications alongside genuine, hands-on experience in the workshop.
