James and his team were quick and efficient after a fault occurred on my car whilst travelling on the motorway. When I contacted my insurance, they introduced me to the company and they worked well above my expectations. They kept me informed of what they would need to do, how long it would take and when they would be finished once they had my car. Had quite a long road with insurance from my car going into the garage to it then finally being ready (plus a parts delay!) but I can definitely recommend the service from James McKeown Accident Repair - all the people I spoke to were really helpful. The bodywork repairs have been done to a really high standard and the extra bits I asked them to do while my car was in with them (MOT prep) were done quickly and to a reasonable price too.
